I think Tim felt good about his deal. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim when my employees treated people read review and supplied service how Stanley had done, I'd have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its staff on client support and being good citizens.
